1. Our Services

1.1 Customers and Users. Our customers use our Services to gather and use information from their employees to gauge and improve employee engagement or behavior and corporate culture. Users of our Services respond to surveys and submit other information which may include employment information, cheers, suggestions, votes, comments, feedback, ratings, and other messages (collectively “Responses”).

1.2 Administrators and Managers. Users with administrative or manager permissions are able to access Responses submitted by other users within their organization based upon the particular Service(s) and their permitted level of access.

1.3 By default, Responses are anonymous. We do not reveal which Responses are associated with which user, email address, or IP address. Some users may disclose their identity in their Responses. Since Qwaybe does not change or edit Responses, in such an instance, the administrator or manager will find out who submitted that some Response. As a user, you control whether to disclose your identity in your Responses (suggestions, comments, feedback)

2. What information do we collect?

2.1 Registration information. When you register your account or send us a request, we collect and store all registration information you provide, which may include details such as your name, email address, and employment information.

2.2 Cookies and other tracking information. We collect usage data, device data, referral data, and information from cookies and page tags. Cookies are small bits of data we store on the device you use to access our services so we can recognize repeat users. Each cookie expires after a certain period of time, depending on what we use it for.

3.1 Responses. We collect, analyze, and store user responses. Responses are made available to other users from your organization (our Customers), such as administrators and managers, based upon their permitted level of access.

3.2 To manage our services. To monitor and improve our services and features. We internally perform statistical and other analyses on the information we collect to analyze and measure user behavior, to understand how people use our services, and to monitor, troubleshoot, and improve our Services.

3.3 Cookies . We use the information we obtain from cookies for several reasons:
To make our site easier to use. To provide you with personalized content. We may store user preferences, such as your default language, in cookies to personalize the content you see.
